At Acces, we’re building a dedicated pool of guides trained in-house to lead our reflective public formats. Our current team is young, diverse, and deeply engaged — and we’re committed to supporting them through a unique learning journey that combines historical depth with personal growth.

Each guide follows a multi-phase training process, shaped around three pillars:

Storytelling, with an emphasis on narrative awareness and audience engagement;

Colonial history, grounded in contextual research and critical insight;

Cultural sensitivity, to ensure respectful and inclusive experiences for all participants.

This approach allows us to develop guides who are not just informed — but thoughtful, confident, and attuned to the complexities of the topics we explore.
