Training for teams working in public and educational spaces
The Cultural Sensitivity Workshop is a training format developed by Acces to support institutions, educators, and guides in navigating cultural complexity with care and awareness.
Designed especially for teams who engage diverse publics — such as museum guides, workshop facilitators, and cultural staff — the workshop addresses how identity, language, and history shape interpersonal dynamics in professional settings.
Rather than offering fixed “do’s and don’ts,” the format creates space to explore blind spots, reflect on positionality, and strengthen one’s capacity to hold space across difference. The workshop balances theory with real-life scenarios, and can be tailored to specific institutional contexts.
