Acces is a research agency that aims to level the playing field by making knowledge more accessible. We develop original formats that translate research-based insights into tools that can be used by institutions, communities, and individuals working toward structural change.

Our work begins with the belief that knowledge is power — but only when it can circulate, be understood, and be acted upon. We work across themes and sectors, depending on the questions at hand, and we value intellectual rigor as much as usability. Whether we’re addressing issues of governance, public culture, social inequality, or identity, our goal is to bring research closer to practice.

We are currently exploring the concept of coloniality as a framework to understand how historical power structures continue to shape the present — while remaining open to new domains and future directions.
